Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are one of young Hollywood’s sexiest couples and they’re almost as famous for packing on the PDA as they are for their megawatt careers. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are an equally high-profile celebrity couple with an enormous international fan base. Although Robsten isn’t quite as prone to PDA as their younger counterparts, they’re known for their incredibly romantic albeit somewhat less public love affair. But what about their private affectionate moments? Which celebrity couple has the hottest private PDA moments? You be the judge.

In a recent poll, Hollywood Life asked which celebrity couple has the hottest private PDA? Other celebrity couple contestants included Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth whose PDA pic showed them feeling frisky in front of a Jeep Wrangler. Other entrants in the make-out sweepstakes include Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, Lea Michelle and Cory Monteith, and Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian. But back to Jelena and Robsten.

Selena and Biebs’ PDA pic shows the überfamous teens getting busy on what looks like a sound stage. They’re dressed similarly, as they’re wont to do of late, in color-coordinated outfits. JB sports a blue plaid shirt. Selena wears a loose blue denim sleeveless dress. Selena seems to be sitting on her boyfriend’s lap. Her arms are clasped around his neck, and she’s grinning broadly into the camera. She looks ecstatically happy. Justin, not so much. The Teen Dream also stares into the camera but with a really weird expression. He looks frightened or uncomfortable or both. His eyes roll towards the left; his jaw is clenched, and his lips are contorted into a grimace. Why? Is he mad that he and Selena were interrupted by the photog? Is her high heel resting on his foot? Or is he just afraid to tell her that she’s too heavy on his lap? Who knows? But even the most die-hard Jelena fans would have to agree this is a strange shot. Funny, but strange.

Robsten’s pic is more normal–er–conventionally romantic. It seems to have been snapped at a party. Rob sits at a table talking to a friend. Kristen stands behind him, bending forward slightly at the waist. Her arms are wreathed around his neck; her long hair touches the left side of his face; he casually touches her left hand with his. Both wear white tee shirts, and KStew sports what looks like a mini skirt. It’s a great photo, showing a quiet, established, yet nevertheless passionate intimacy.

Sorry, beliebers and Selenators. Oddly enough, neither did Robsten. In fact, Jelena beat the Twilight Saga couple with 25.49 percent of the votes to Robsten’s 17.53 percent. Go figure. Miley and Liam garnered 12.97 percent. Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux came in dead last, with Khloe and Lamar doing only slightly better. Yep, the celebrities with the best private PDA were Lea Michelle and Cory Monteith. Who would have “thunk” it?
