The photographer who claimed Justin attacked him back in May is (still) determined to bring the Biebs to justice.

Some headaches just refuse to go away! Justin Bieber was accused of getting into a scuffle with a photographer during a May 2012 date with Selena Gomez, and now TMZ reports that police are reaching out to “Jelena” for questioning.

The district attorney apparently didn’t have enough information to move the photographer’s case forward, so additional interviews with Justin and Selena have now been requested. Though police have not yet spoken with the couple, a source tells TMZ the conversations will take place soon.

Besides this whole case being completely ridiculous, we can all agree Justin has more important things to do with his time — like begging his millions of fans to vote for him to perform at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards!

We all know Justin Bieber‘s body is a work of art, and now it seems he’s added something new to his canvas! “New tattoo its a crown if you couldn’t tell,” Justin tweeted Aug. 31 to his 27 million+ followers, along with a shirtless picture of himself in bed.

Of course, this isn’t Justin’s first tattoo.

Back in Jan. 2012, Justin revealed a giant tattoo of Jesus’ face on his left calf during a trip to the beach, sending fans into a frenzy. And earlier this summer, Justin got the Japanese symbol for “music” tattooed on his right arm. And those are only a few of Justin’s tats! Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are so in love — it’s evident by the way they couldn’t keep their hands off of each other on Wed. Aug. 29! Selena, 20, got a surprise visit from Justin, 18, on the set of her new film Feed The Dog in Los Angeles.

The two lovebirds shared seductive kisses as they walked around base camp near the set. Ironically, Justin isn’t the only guy who Selena was spotted kissing on the Feed The Dog set. Three weeks ago, Selena was caught kissing her co-star Nat Wolff.

Justin Bieber was acting a bit wild on an Air New Zealand flight last week. According to TMZ the 18-year-old and his entourage were using a bunch of four letter cuss words, and that’s when a mom walked over to the Biebs in first class.

The mother-of-two reportedly told Justin that he was being totally inappropriate. A source says that Justin immediately apologized and was “completely embarrassed.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez know how to have a good time. The happy couple have been frolicking all over Australia and HollywoodLife.com has the inside scoop on their hot June 15 date!

Justin and Selena were spotted at waterfront seafood hotspot Stokehouse Restaurant on July 14. HollywoodLife.com can tell you EXCLUSIVELY that they dined with 14 people around 9 p.m. and left at 11 p.m.

“They were all having a great time together,” an eyewitness tells us. “Justin and Selena were laughing and making jokes with each other.”

The happy couple then headed over to Hotel Barkly around 11:30 p.m. with just a few friends. While sitting at a table in the back of the bar, Justin and Selena ordered vodka cocktails and beer!

“They were sitting at a table in the back corner and they were canoodling,” the insider tells us. “Justin ordered Heinekens and Selena drank vodka based cocktails. They were holding hands, kissing, and looked in love.”

Luckily the drinking age is 18 in Australia, so the lovebirds are in the clear!

The source tells us that they stayed for less than an hour before heading back to their suite at The Olsen Hotel.

Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez’s Romantic Date In Kuala Lumpur

They are still going strong! Justin and Selena go shopping and out to dinner while in Malaysia.

Justin Bieber is performing at the MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia on Saturday July 14 at the Sunway Lagoon and he flew Selena Gomez in with him last night. They are inseparable again!

According to Malaysian reports, the duo flew first class from Seoul to KL and are staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

On Twitter, a fan posted a picture of Justin and Selena shopping at Wangsa Walk and another insider tweeted a picture of Selena’s $124 (396 RM) shopping receipt at the Forever 21 at Sunway Pyramid.

The lovebirds headed over to dinner at Darus Mamak at SS15 Subang Jaya. It’s late Friday night MYT so before we know it Justin and Selena will be waking up and heading over for Justin’s performance. We can’t wait to watch Selena watching Justin — there’s nothing cuter!

Justin is feeling ‘antsy’ in his relationship with Selena and feels that he could get any girl he wants, says a new report. Do you think their relationship is on the rocks?

Us Weekly is reporting that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez‘s relationship is going through a rough patch. He is losing patience with Selena after she broke plans to go to Mexico with Justin, and their hectic schedules in general are a constant source of tension.

“He feels he should be tapping all the girls who come around,” the Justin source spilled. “He’s in his prime and can get any girl he wants. He has definitely thought about being free.”

In mid-May, Justin tried to break up with Selena. “She freaked out. He apologized and got back together with her.”

“They fight and then make up all time,” the source said. “They can both be dramatic.”

Take comfort in the fact that, at least for now, the two are trying to make it work!

“Justin is still crazy about her and knows how lucky he is to have her. Everything  is not always perfect, but for now they are happy.”
