Selena was spotted frolicking on the beach at Ashley Tisdale’s birthday party in Malibu on July 2 and she looked to be having a lot of fun with a Justin’s best bud — should he be jealous?
Justin Bieber was no where in sight when Selena Gomez was having fun in the sun. The 19-year-old was hanging out with Justin’s good pal Alfredo Flores at Ashley Tisdale‘s beach party bash.
At one point, Selena was seen not wanting to get her hair wet while she splashed around with Alfredo. Meanwhile, Ashley was smooching her new beau Scott Speer, and Vanessa Hudgens brought along Austin Butler.
